Welcome to James Green Corner Hale

James Green Corner Hale offers a modest, homely stay nestled in the tranquil, tree-lined streets of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Situated just four miles from Kona International Airport and Wawaloli Beach, this guesthouse caters to travelers seeking simplicity over luxury. Its location provides easy access to local attractions while maintaining a peaceful neighborhood atmosphere, ideal for those wanting to experience authentic Hawaiian living.

The accommodations reflect a personal touch rather than hotel grandeur. Guests are welcomed into a space that feels like someone’s home converted for visitors, offering a genuine, laid-back environment. Although the property does not feature a pool, restaurant, or fitness center, it provides essential amenities such as free Wi-Fi and parking. Its kid-friendly nature makes it suitable for families who value a quiet retreat over resort-style extravagance.

Guest experiences suggest that the stay is best suited for budget travelers or those with a flexible sense of comfort. Yet, the warmth and hospitality of the owners leave a positive impression, encouraging guests to revisit despite minor inconveniences.

Priced attractively for its setting and offerings, James Green Corner Hale stands out as a humble choice in Kailua-Kona. Price! I read the reviews and curious if any of them wanted to be in a 5 star hotel? This is someones home that is used for rental rooms. I really enjoyed my short stay. The coded doors were a little confusing: email sent one code that wasnt correct and needed two to completely access my room. Thank you to the owners. Raise your price to at least$99. I'm sure you'll get better people :-)
